In average hair grows half and inch a month. It depends on your genes and your treatment. So would you like to know how you can grow your hair over an inch in just one week?

Since I was a teenager I wanted long hair. I love to have the extra work which this causes and so I always checked my hair growth cycle. I did read that this was influenced by a combination of genetics, styling and which food you give to your body.

Over the years I’ve experimented with a lot of different things. I did read and tried a lot as well until I have found a formula that really works. I was a very happy surprise to find my hair grew much more rapidly. If you are interested what I did then check ….

First some basics on hair growth. There are 3 cycles which each individual hair goes trough:

Anagen – The hair is born and grows. This is the growth phase. Normally this phase lasts 2-6 years. And the important point is … the longer a hair remains in the Anagen phase the longer it will grow.

Catagen – The transitional phase. The hair follicle starts to shrink and the papilla detaches. There are not enough nutrients supported to the hair any more so it will grow longer.

Telogen – Everything has an end. The hair is getting loose and when you wash or brush it this little force will be enough that the hair falls out.

That you have always enough hair the phases run simultaneously. So one hair will be in the Anagen phase and the hair next to it could be in the Telogen phase ready to fall out. When the Telogen phase takes longer and longer because of less cell activity, how it will be happening with growing age for example, will be a resulting in thinning hair. This are the main things which you have to put to your favor to have long healthy hair with a good growing rate. Extend the Anagen and shorten the Telogen phase.

There are many different things but the 2 Methods which personally really helped me are
Biotin

Biotin will help to turn the food you eat into energy for your cells and also for your hair. It is recommended to consume 30 micrograms Biotin daily which would have positive effects.

Biotin you can eather consume in ready made Vitamin Tablets or in natural Food like Almonds, peanuts, eggs , milk , cheese, in meet like pork or cooked live, or in fish like salmon and sardines.
The ‘Inversion Method’

Beauty bloggers and YouTube Bloggers have been raving about this. I’ve tried the Inversion Method myself and it really works. It might not work for everyone, but it’s definitely worth a try. Before starting measure your hair growth and when you have found out your growth rate try this.

Once a day for seven consecutive days massage your scalp with your fingertips for five minutes. Don’t make it more or less than 7 days. Make sure you have a timer and you continuously massaging for really five minutes.

During the massage you are tipping your head over slightly. Inversion is when your heart is positioned higher than your head.. So you’re encouraging the blood flow in your head and you are stimulating your hair follicles which should be able to help to encourage the Anagen stage and increase the growth rate.

Additionally you can to help boost this by giving your hair an intensive moisturizing Oil treatment like Coconut Oil, Olive Oil or Argan Oil whilst massaging.

Try this and you will see good results. Measure and see what happens to your hair growth rate.
